AUDEMARS PIGUET Dual Time 25685BA 18k solid gold – 1994

This is a watch where condition and patina make all the difference. The unpolished yellow-gold case has developed an extraordinary natural oxidation over the decades, showing shades of bronze, pink and even blue depending on the light. It gives this particular watch a completely unique fingerprint that simply cannot be recreated. The Ref. 25685BA is also a wonderfully interesting Audemars Piguet in its own right, combining a second time zone, power reserve indication and date within a beautifully balanced classical dial. Preserved in excellent original condition and completed by its original Audemars Piguet leather strap and 18k gold buckle, this is a very special example of AP’s more understated neo-vintage watchmaking.
