JAEGER LE COULTRE Cufflinks and tie clip 1999/2000 custom made

Sometimes the story counts as much as the item itself. Here we have a set of cufflinks and a tie clip custom made out of 18k solid gold by the famous goldsmith Grossé (click here to read more about Grossé). Grossé is one of the top manufactures from the famous goldsmith town of Pforzheim Germany. Since the 1920s Grossé custom made jewelery for Dior, Chanel, Lanvin and Hollywood stars including Marlene Dietrich or Greta Garbo. This set was a specially made for a top management employee of Jaeger LeCoultre. The Cufflinks were custom made in 1999 and the tie clip in 2000. The design is homage to the famous Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso with the 3 lines, similar to the watch case.  Allover the set is in good vintage condition showing light signs of use. The total weight is 32g. With the set comes a estimation and description paper.
