What a catch! I was able to find not one, but two of these stunning chronographs in near NOS condition. These stunning EXCELSIOR PARK chronographs have been kept in a drawer for the last few decades and are a wonderful example of unique and rare timepieces. This beautiful WRISTCLASSIC has a snap case-back and comes with a minty case that measures approximately 33mm without the original winding crown. It offers a fairly wide bezel which gives this watch a nice presence. It appears that this watch has hardly had any wristtime as the condition is near to NOS. The simple EXCELSIOR PARK-logo alongside the clean indexes and blue hand set are harmonious and well balanced. This WRISTCLASSIC is powered by a Lemania 872 manual wind calibre, running strong and keeping time well. This Chronograph is a very cool 60s timepiece and hard to find again in this untouched condition. It’s a true WRISTCLASSIC with perfect proportions, timeless styling, and a great reference to the 60s. This is the real deal, everything you would want in a vintage chronograph.
Why buying a vintage watch?
There are many great reasons to buy a vintage watch. Every watch we sell here at WRISTCLASSICS has its own story. Over the years, with every scratch, dent and aging of the dial, they have become unique timepieces of their own. This exact watch you are looking at now, once brought a lot of joy to the first owner with the purchase years ago. And now many years later this vintage watch will bring the same joy to your life. With buying a vintage watch you are showing your commitment to protecting the enviroment, instead of supporting the mass production of modern fashion watches.
I hope this helps you with your decision of buying a vintage watch here at WRISTCLASSICS.
